The short version: This is a coming-soon page. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when we launch — nothing more. We don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing, and you can leave anytime.

Adults only. Nuvora is an adult (18+) service. This site and waitlist are for adults only; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
What we collect
- Your email address (and the date you joined), only if you submit the waitlist form.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate visit counts, the page you came from (referrer), rough region, and device type, via a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool we self-host on our own servers (not Google Analytics). It's aggregate only — we don't profile or identify individual visitors, set advertising cookies, or sell behavioral data.
Why we collect it (and our legal basis)
- To notify you about the launch and related early-access updates — based on your consent when you join.
- To operate and protect the site (legitimate interest / security).
Who we share it with
- Nobody for marketing, and we don't sell it.
- The waitlist runs on our own self-hosted software on infrastructure we control. The only outside parties involved are, by category, our hosting provider, our email-delivery provider, and our encrypted backup storage — each acting as a data processor under contract, permitted to use your data only to provide those services to us.
- If legally required (valid legal process), or to protect rights/safety.
How long we keep it
- Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed — then we delete it. In any case, we keep it no longer than 24 months after launch.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe anytime (every email has a one-click link).
- Access or delete your data — email legal@joinnuvora.com.
- Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK — GDPR, California — CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). We honor these.
Cookies
- We use only what's needed to make the site work. Our analytics is cookieless, so there are no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies — which generally means no cookie-consent banner is required.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure, but we keep collection minimal precisely to limit risk.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and Europe; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Changes
We'll update this policy as the product launches; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
